The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy automobile battery management, and particularly relates to a battery remaining charging time calculation method based on a BMS charging mode, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a BMS to obtain the current temperature of a battery in real time after the BMS is connected with charging equipment, and carrying out the matching of the current temperature with the set temperatures corresponding to a plurality of modes in preset charging modes, the method comprises the following steps: matching a current temperature of a battery to obtain a charging mode of the battery corresponding to the current temperature, charging the battery according to the charging mode, updating a predicted temperature of the battery in the charging mode and a current predicted SOC of the battery in real time, and updating a charging current and switching the charging mode according to the predicted temperature and the predicted SOC. The step S1 is repeated until the predicted SOC of the current battery meets a preset charging interruption condition; and calculating a superposition value of the matched residual charging time in one or more charging modes. The residual charging time of the battery in different temperature environments can be accurately evaluated.

    本发明属于新能源汽车电池管理技术领域,具体涉及一种基于BMS充电模式的电池剩余充电时间计算方法,在与充电设备连接后,BMS将实时获取电池当前温度并与预设充电模式中的多个模式对应的设定温度进行匹配,以匹配出电池对应当前温度的充电模式,再依据该充电模式对电池进行充电,并实时更新该充电模式下电池的预测温度和当前电池预测SOC,并根据预测温度和预测SOC,更新充电电流、切换充电模式,重复步骤S1直至当前电池预测SOC满足预设的中断充电条件;计算匹配出的一个或多个充电模式下剩余充电时间的叠加值,能够准确评估不同温度环境下的电池剩余充电时间。
