The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy automobiles, and discloses an electric vehicle active discharging system and method.The system comprises a low-voltage MCU, an isolation unit, a high-voltage detection unit, an emergency power supply unit, a delay power supply unit, a logic management unit, a driving unit and a load unit, and all the units form a system circuit. By designing the isolation unit, effective active discharge logic is executed during normal low-voltage power supply, the low-voltage side abnormal state can be accurately diagnosed during abnormal low-voltage power failure, high-voltage side discharge logic is triggered, and the structure implementation form is simple and reliable; through the design of the delay circuit unit, 200 ms discharge logic delay time can be generated after low-voltage power failure, and enough time is reserved for complete disconnection of a high-voltage contactor of a whole vehicle. And unexpected consequences of the discharge resistor and the discharge MOS tube caused by active discharge due to incomplete disconnection of the high-voltage contactor are prevented.

    本发明属于新能源汽车技术领域,公开了一种电动车主动放电系统及方法,其中系统包括低压MCU单元、隔离单元、高压检测单元、紧急供电单元、延迟供电单元、逻辑管理单元、驱动单元和负载单元,各单元构成了系统电路。本发明通过设计隔离单元,满足在正常低压供电时执行有效的主动放电逻辑,异常低压掉电时能够准确诊断出低压侧异常状态,触发高压侧放电逻辑,结构实现形式简单可靠;本发明通过延迟电路单元的设计,当低压掉电后会产生200ms的放电逻辑延迟时间,给整车高压接触器完全断开预留了足够时间。防止高压接触器未完全断开而进行主动放电,会造成放电电阻及放电MOS管产生非预期后果。
