The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicles, and provides an active discharging circuit and method for an electric vehicle, and the circuit comprises a low-voltage side which is connected with a logic management unit and is used for transmitting a discharging signal to the logic management unit; and the high-voltage side is provided with a power supply end and a plurality of parallel circuits connected with the power supply end. According to the invention, by arranging the first voltage-regulator tube, when the low-voltage side is powered down, the large current of the high-voltage side is shunted to the first voltage-regulator tube, so that the small current flows into the logic management unit, and the function of high-voltage power taking of the logic management unit is realized; in addition, a second voltage stabilizing diode is arranged, after current passes through a second resistor, large current flows to the second voltage stabilizing diode, small current flows to a source electrode of the driving MOS tube or a grid electrode of the discharging MOS tube, power supply of the logic management unit and amplitude limiting protection of voltage of the grid electrode of the discharging MOS tube are achieved, the circuit structure is simple and reliable, and meanwhile extra cost is reduced.

    本发明属于电动汽车技术领域,提供了一种电动车主动放电电路及放电方法,包括:低压侧,连接有逻辑管理单元,用于向所述逻辑管理单元发送放电信号;高压侧,设置有电源端和与电源端连接的若干并联的线路。本发明通过设置了第一稳压管,当低压侧掉电时,高压侧的大电流被分流至第一稳压二极管,使较小电流流入逻辑管理单元,实现逻辑管理单元高压取电的功能;另外通过设置了第二稳压二极管,电流通过第二电阻后,较大电流流向第二稳压二极管,较小电流流向驱动MOS管的源极或流向放电MOS管的栅极,实现逻辑管理单元供电及对放电MOS管栅极电压限幅保护,其电路结构简单可靠同时降低了额外的成本。
