The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, in particular to a single-cylinder bolt hole site parameter correction method and system and a crane, and the single-cylinder bolt hole site parameter correction method comprises the steps that in the arm pin inserting process, the original position parameter range of a target hole site is obtained; a telescopic oil cylinder is controlled to drive the target arm to stretch and retract back and forth between the original arm stretching maximum value and the original arm retracting minimum value in the original position parameter range, the original stretching and retracting times are recorded, and meanwhile the arm pin inserting action is conducted; when the original stretching and retracting times are larger than or equal to a preset original stretching and retracting times threshold value and the current target arm pin is not successfully inserted, the target arm pin is inserted into the target hole position by expanding the stretching and retracting range of the telescopic oil cylinder at least once; and the telescopic oil cylinder is controlled to drive the target arm to retract and extend so as to determine the correction position parameter range of the target hole site. According to the method, automatic calibration and correction of hole position parameters in the arm pin inserting process are achieved, the automation degree is high, and cost is low.

    本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种单缸插销孔位参数修正方法、系统及起重机,单缸插销孔位参数修正方法包括:在插臂销过程中,获取目标孔位的原始位置参数范围;控制伸缩油缸带动目标臂在原始位置参数范围中的原始伸臂最大值和原始缩臂最小值之间来回伸缩,并记录原始伸缩次数,同时进行插臂销动作;当原始伸缩次数大于或等于预设的原始伸缩次数阈值,且未成功插入当前的目标臂销时,通过至少一次扩大伸缩油缸的伸缩范围,将目标臂销插入目标孔位;控制伸缩油缸带动目标臂分别进行缩臂与伸臂,以确定目标孔位的修正位置参数范围。本方法实现了在插臂销过程中孔位参数的自动标定与修正,自动化程度较高,成本较低。
