The invention discloses a crane single-cylinder bolt telescopic system and a crane. The system comprises a hydraulic oil tank, a reversing mechanism, a first hydraulic cylinder, an adjusting mechanism and a second hydraulic cylinder which are connected in sequence, the reversing mechanism is used for switching a connecting oil way between the hydraulic oil tank and the first hydraulic cylinder; the second hydraulic cylinder comprises an arm pin oil cylinder and a cylinder pin oil cylinder. The adjusting mechanism is used for controlling the communication relation between the first hydraulic cylinder and the arm pin oil cylinder and between the first hydraulic cylinder and the cylinder pin oil cylinder. A balance valve and a control mechanism are further arranged between the reversing mechanism and the first hydraulic cylinder, and an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the balance valve are connected between the reversing mechanism and a rodless cavity of the first hydraulic cylinder in series. A control oil port of the balance valve is connected to the control mechanism; an oil pump for controlling oil supply for the cylinder pin and the arm pin is omitted, and energy consumption of the system is reduced; the first hydraulic cylinder is only used as an oil return channel of the plugging cylinder arm pin system, lightweight design is achieved, and meanwhile the starting responsiveness of the first hydraulic cylinder and the starting stability of the balance valve are guaranteed through the control mechanism.

    本发明公开了一种起重机单缸插销伸缩系统及起重机,其系统包括依次连接的液压油箱、换向机构、第一液压缸、调节机构以及第二液压缸;换向机构用于切换液压油箱和第一液压缸之间的连接油路;第二液压缸包括臂销油缸和缸销油缸,调节机构用于控制第一液压缸与臂销油缸和缸销油缸之间的连通关系;换向机构和第一液压缸之间还设置有平衡阀和控制机构,平衡阀的进油口和出油口串接于换向机构与第一液压缸的无杆腔之间;平衡阀的控制油口连接于控制机构;本发明取消为缸销、臂销控制供油的油泵,降低系统能耗;第一液压缸仅用作拔插缸臂销系统的回油通路,实现轻量化设计,同时通过控制机构保证第一液压缸启动的响应性和平衡阀启动的平稳性。
