The invention provides a rocket erecting frame overturning and butt-joint device and a butt-joint method thereof. The device comprises an overturning and butt-joint base, an overturning and butt-joint block, a rotation assembly, an erecting oil cylinder assembly and a hydraulic chuck mechanism. The overturning butt joint base is a main anti-torsion mechanism in the erecting and overturning process of the erecting frame and is made of high-strength steel. The overturning butt joint blocks are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the overturning butt joint device, and the bottoms of the overturning butt joint blocks are connected with the overturning butt joint base. A connecting hole site of the erecting frame and a connecting hole site of the hydraulic chuck mechanism are reserved in the upper plane of the overturning butt-joint block, and an inner cavity of the overturning butt-joint block is provided with a connector connected with an upper fulcrum of the erecting oil cylinder. Adjusting and positioning of the erecting frame are completed in a hydraulic chuck expansion mode. By means of the butt-joint mode, accurate posture adjusting and positioning of the erecting frame can be achieved within a short time, the butt-joint reliability and efficiency are improved, and meanwhile the butt-joint time and the manpower participation degree are reduced. And the safety risk can be reduced to a certain extent.

    本发明提供一种火箭起竖架翻转对接装置及其对接方法,所述装置包括翻转对接底座、翻转对接块、回转组件、起竖油缸组件和液压卡盘机构;所述翻转对接底座为起竖架起竖翻转过程中主抗扭机构,材料选用高强度钢;所述翻转对接块设置在翻转对接装置的左右两侧,对称布置,翻转对接块的底部与所述翻转对接底座连接;所述翻转对接块上平面预留与起竖架的连接孔位以及液压卡盘机构的连接孔位,内腔设置有与起竖油缸上支点的接口。本发明通过液压卡盘胀紧的方式,完成对起竖架的调整定位。这种对接方式可做到短时间内对起竖架的精准调姿定位,增加了对接的可靠性及效率,同时减少了对接时间以及人力的参与度。从一定程度上,还可降低安全风险。
