The invention relates to a pure electric bus charging plan and charging resource configuration joint optimization method considering time-of-use electricity price, and aims to develop a set of flexible and scientific charging plan as a support by considering the performance of a pure electric bus in order to realize large-scale operation of the pure electric bus. Therefore, the electric quantity of the vehicle can be timely supplemented and the established train number task can be efficiently completed. A pure electric bus charging plan optimization problem and a charging resource allocation problem are researched by considering an electricity price mechanism. The reasonable pure electric bus charging optimization strategy can effectively reduce the fleet operation cost, the scientific charging resource configuration can improve the service capability of the charging station, and the economical efficiency and safety of bus system operation can be improved.

    本发明涉及一种考虑分时电价的纯电动公交充电计划以及充电资源配置联合优化方法,为实现纯电动公交车辆的规模化运营,必须要考虑纯电动公交性能开发一套灵活的、科学的充电计划作为支撑,从而保证车辆电量及时得到补充并且高效完成既定车次任务。本发明考虑电价机制对纯电动公交充电计划优化问题以及充电资源配置问题展开研究。合理的纯电动公交充电优化策略可以有效降低车队运营成本,科学的充电资源配置可以提高充电站服务能力,也有利于提升公交系统运营的经济性及安全性。
