The invention provides a battery pack heat preservation charging method and device considering the electricity price, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining a battery cooling MAP, recording the charging and vehicle use time, and setting the target temperature of a battery cell; the duration of each stage is determined by setting different cell temperature thresholds in the passive heat preservation stage and the active heating stage in combination with the battery cooling characteristic and the target heating power. Then, based on factors such as parking charging time and vehicle using time, charging starting time is calculated, and a dynamic planning algorithm is used for determining charging current; the optimal heat preservation and heating temperature target is selected by calculating cost functions at different target temperatures, so that a charging strategy with the cost benefit maximization is realized. According to the invention, the thermal insulation charging process with temperature uniformity and lowest cost can be taken into account, and the charging performance is prevented from being influenced by too low battery temperature or poor temperature uniformity while the charging cost is reduced.
