The invention discloses an installation method and an auxiliary device for a steel containment, and relates to the technical field of nuclear power station steel containment installation, and the specific scheme is as follows: the installation method for the steel containment comprises the following steps: assembling a plurality of in-place section sub-modules, and arranging a plurality of first support members on the side surfaces of the in-place section sub-modules; a telescopic mechanism is arranged at the top of each first supporting piece; a second supporting piece is arranged on the side face of the hoisting section sub-module, and the hoisting section sub-module is hoisted through a sling, so that the second supporting piece corresponds to the first supporting piece and is in butt joint with the output end of the telescopic mechanism; adjusting the telescopic mechanism to keep the bottom of the hoisting section sub-module horizontal, dismounting the sling of the hoisting section sub-module, and assembling and welding; when the steel containment vessel is hoisted and is in place, the sling can be detached, and the sling does not need to be loaded for about one week like before, so that the influence of the sling loading on site construction can be greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于钢安全壳的安装方法及辅助装置,涉及核电站钢安全壳安装技术领域,具体方案如下:一种用于钢安全壳的安装方法,包括多个就位段子模块组装,就位段子模块侧面设置若干第一支撑件;每个第一支撑件顶部设置伸缩机构;吊装段子模块侧面设置第二支撑件,利用吊索具对吊装段子模块吊装使得第二支撑件与第一支撑件对应设置且与伸缩机构输出端对接;调节伸缩机构以实现吊装段子模块底部保持水平,拆除吊装段子模块的吊索具,进行组装焊接;当钢制安全壳吊装完成,就位后即可进行吊索具的拆除,无需像之前一样,吊索具需要带载一周左右的时间,可以大大缩短吊索具带载对现场施工的影响。
