The invention provides a rudder control deep sea equipment precise laying device and an equipment laying method thereof. The device comprises a central control mechanism, a rudder blade, a rotating shaft, an annular frame, a steel wire rope and a claw hook. The central control mechanism comprises a control module, and a compass, an ultra-short baseline positioning system, an inertial navigation system, a battery and a transmission device which are connected with the control module; the rudder blade is fixed on the rotating shaft and is pivoted in the annular frame through the rotating shaft; the rotating shaft is pivoted to the central control mechanism and is in transmission connection with the transmission device; the claw hook is arranged at the bottom of the central control mechanism and connected with the control module. According to the rudder-controlled deep-sea equipment precise laying device and the equipment laying method thereof, the laying position can be controlled through rudder blade control by utilizing the laying speed in the laying process, compared with ROV laying, the cost of deep-sea laying equipment is greatly reduced, the laying process is simplified, meanwhile, compared with a steel wire rope hoisting mode, the laying efficiency is greatly improved, and the laying efficiency is improved. In the laying process, the position of the equipment can be effectively adjusted, and the equipment is accurately laid on the seabed.
本发明提供一种舵控深海装备精准布放装置及其布放装备的方法,其中装置包括中心控制机构、舵叶、转轴、环形框架、钢丝绳和抓钩;中心控制机构包括控制模块以及连接控制模块的罗经、超短基线定位系统、惯性导航系统、电池和传动装置;舵叶固定于转轴上并通过转轴枢接于环形框架内;转轴枢接于中心控制机构并与传动装置传动连接;抓钩连设置于中心控制机构底部并连接控制模块。本发明的一种舵控深海装备精准布放装置及其布放装备的方法,可利用布放过程中的下放速度,通过舵叶控来控制布放位置,相比于ROV布放极大减少了深海布放设备的成本,简化布放流程,同时相比于钢丝绳吊放方式,布放过程中能够有效调节设备的位置,将设备精准布放到海底。
