The invention provides a motor torque pulsation control method and device which are applied to the technical field of vehicles, and the method comprises the steps: calculating a first coefficient of a PI controller according to a first duration, a second duration and a third duration; calculating the current value of the excitation current according to the first coefficient, the amplitude of the excitation current, the frequency of the excitation current and the phase of the excitation current; and controlling motor cogging torque pulsation according to the current value of the excitation current. According to the method, the amplitude of the excitation current is adjusted by introducing the first coefficient, so that the adjusting pressure of a current loop when the torque pulsation of the motor is controlled through the excitation current is reduced, the stability of a vehicle system is kept, and the safety of the whole vehicle in the motor torque control process is improved.

    本申请提供一种电机扭矩脉动控制方法及装置,应用于车辆技术领域,该方法包括根据第一时长、第二时长和第三时长,计算PI控制器的第一系数;根据所述第一系数、所述激励电流的幅值、所述激励电流的频率和所述激励电流的相位,计算所述激励电流的电流值;根据所述激励电流的电流值,对电机齿槽扭矩脉动进行控制。该方法通过引入第一系数来调节激励电流的幅值,从而降低在通过激励电流控制电机的扭矩脉动时的电流环的调节压力,保持车辆系统的稳定性,从而提高在电机扭矩控制过程中整车的安全性。
