The charging method comprises the steps of determining first closing time information of a relay arranged in a target two-phase line based on a first zero-crossing moment of a line voltage between the target two-phase line in a three-phase line and an input current corresponding to the target two-phase line; controlling relays arranged in the target two-phase line to be closed at the same time based on the first closing time information; and when the relay in the target two-phase line is in a closed state, charging a bus capacitor connected between the target two-phase line based on the commercial power. According to the charging method provided by the invention, the relay can be ensured to be completely closed at the voltage zero crossing point under any condition, so that the current impact is controlled within a reasonable range, the device loss is reduced, and the service life and the use stability of equipment are effectively improved.
