The invention discloses a charging pile self-telescopic device, a charging pile and a charging method.The charging pile self-telescopic device comprises a housing, a rotating disc set, a connecting conductive sliding ring, a driving assembly and a wire pressing assembly, the rotating disc set comprises a first rotating disc and a second rotating disc, an annular cavity is formed between the first rotating disc and the second rotating disc, and a charging cable is wound in the annular cavity; one end of the charging cable is connected with the wire outlet end of the conductive slip ring, the other end of the charging cable is connected with the charging gun head, a volute guide groove is formed in the side face, close to the annular cavity, of the first rotating disc and/or the second rotating disc, and the wire pressing assembly comprises a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is rotatably arranged on the housing, and the other end of the connecting rod is provided with a wire pressing block; the end of the wire pressing block is connected in the volute guide groove, the wire pressing block abuts against the surface of the charging cable on the outermost circle, and the wire pressing block rotates along with the rotating disc set to be close to or away from the center of the rotating disc set. The charging cable winding and unwinding actions are stable, reliable, convenient and efficient, cable abrasion is reduced, the service life of the cable is prolonged, and the later maintenance cost is reduced; the concentric coiling type structure also reduces the size of the cable take-up and pay-off mechanism, and the cable take-up and pay-off mechanism can be better integrated on the charging pile.

    本发明公开了一种充电桩自伸缩装置、充电桩及充电方法,包括罩壳、转盘组、连接导电滑环、驱动组件以及压线组件,转盘组包括第一转盘和第二转盘,第一转盘和第二转盘之间设有环形腔,环形腔内盘绕有充电电缆,充电电缆的一端连接导电滑环的出线端,充电电缆的另一端连接充电枪头,第一转盘和/或第二转盘靠近环形腔的侧面开设有涡形导槽,压线组件包括连杆,连杆的一端可转动地在罩壳上,连杆的另一端设有压线块,压线块的端部连接在涡形导槽内,压线块抵压在最外圈的充电电缆表面,压线块随转盘组转动向转盘组的中心靠近或远离。本发明对充电电缆的收放动作稳定可靠、便捷高效,减少电缆的磨损,提高电缆使用寿命,减少后期维护成本;同心盘绕式结构也减少了电缆收放机构的体积,更好地集成到充电桩上。
