A steel matrix of the steel comprises the following chemical components: C, Mn, Si, S, P, Al, Nb, Ti, V, N, Ni, Cr, Mo, B, O and Fe; wherein in percentage by weight, the content of C is 0.05%-0.15%, the content of Mn is 0.6%-2.0%, the content of Si is smaller than or equal to 0.20%, the content of S is smaller than or equal to 0.005%, the content of P is smaller than or equal to 0.020%, the content of Al is smaller than or equal to 0.08%, the content of Nb is 0.01%-0.60%, the content of Ti is 0.02%-0.07%, the content of V is 0.002%-0.05%, the content of N is smaller than or equal to 0.01%, the content of Ni is smaller than or equal to 0.100%, the content of Cr is 0.1%-0.3%, the content of Mo is smaller than or equal to 0.100%, the content of B is 0.0003%-0.003%, and the content of O is smaller than or equal to 0.003%. Meanwhile, the following conditions are met: 1.2% < = [Cr] + [Mn] < = 2.0%, and 0.04% < = [Ti] + [Nb] + [V] < = 0.15%. The technical problem that the existing steel for hot forming is difficult to consider excellent mechanical properties and excellent limit cold bending properties at the same time is solved.
