By adopting the main body structure made of the high-strength stainless steel material, the corrosion-resistant fatigue strength and cavitation denudation resistance of the propeller can be effectively improved, and the weight of the propeller is reduced under the condition of the same design as that of a copper alloy propeller; the propulsion efficiency of the propeller is improved, the rotational inertia of the propeller is reduced, a stern bearing is prevented from being abraded, meanwhile, the outer side of the stainless steel body structure is coated with the anti-corrosion outer wall made of the nickel-aluminum bronze material, attachment of microorganisms can be effectively inhibited, and the service life of the propeller is further prolonged.
本发明提供了一种铜/钢双金属复合螺旋桨及其成形方法,属于螺旋桨制造领域,其包括主体结构和防腐外壁,其中:主体结构采用不锈钢材料制成;防腐外壁包覆在主体结构的外侧,其采用镍铝青铜材料制成,以此在减少桨叶厚度和减轻螺旋桨重量的同时获得防生物附着能力。本发明通过采用高强度不锈钢材料制成的主体结构,可以有效提升螺旋桨的耐腐蚀疲劳强度和抗空泡剥蚀性能,并且在与铜合金螺旋桨同等设计的条件下减轻螺旋桨的重量,提升螺旋桨的推进效率、减少螺旋桨转动惯量、防止船尾轴承磨损,同时通过在不锈钢主体结构的外侧包覆镍铝青铜材料制成的防腐外壁,能够有效抑制微生物附着,进一步提升螺旋桨的使用寿命。
