    本发明公开了一种保温棉条上料装置,包括吊架及安装于吊架下方的夹具,所述夹具包括连接于吊架下端的环形挂架以及两个设置于环形挂架外侧的夹爪,两个夹爪均连接有控制其靠近或远离环形挂架中心轴方向的第一伸缩气缸,第一伸缩气缸连接有滑动连接于环形挂架上的气缸定位组,环形挂架的中部设置有驱动两个气缸定位组沿环形挂架圆周方向滑动的驱动机构。本发明首先控制两个夹爪夹取保温棉条,然后驱动机构驱动两个气缸定位组沿环形挂架圆周方向滑动,进而调整保温棉条的方向,实现保温棉条按指定的角度进行摆放,一次吊运即可实现保温棉条的指定摆放,大大的加快了上料速度,缩短了作业时间,提高了生产效率,降低了能耗。
