The invention discloses an elevator on-demand maintenance method. An Internet of Things terminal collects elevator operation data and warning data and sends the elevator operation data and the warning data to a server; the operation data analysis model generates an operation record according to the elevator operation data, the elevator health degree model is updated in combination with the warning data weight model, and an on-demand maintenance project is generated; the on-demand maintenance model is combined with on-demand maintenance items, conventional maintenance items and historical maintenance records to predict the next maintenance time and release a maintenance task to the mobile phone APP of the maintainer; the maintainer executes maintenance operation according to the maintenance task instruction and uploads a maintenance result to the server, and meanwhile, the Internet of Things terminal collects maintenance starting time and maintenance ending time to calculate actual maintenance time; and after the maintenance is finished, according to the operation data and the maintenance record after the maintenance, generating a current maintenance evaluation record according to the evaluation model. According to the method, the on-demand maintenance period and project are calculated and pushed to the mobile phone APP, the maintenance effect is evaluated, preventive maintenance is carried out in advance, and therefore the elevator fault probability is reduced.

    本发明公开的电梯按需维保方法,其物联网终端采集电梯运行数据和警示数据发送到服务器;运行数据分析模型根据电梯运行数据生成运行记录,结合警示数据权重模型,更新电梯健康度模型,生成按需维保项目;按需维保模型结合按需维保项目、常规保养项目和历史保养记录预测下次维保时间并发布维保任务到保养员的手机APP上;保养员按照维保任务指示执行保养作业并将保养结果上传服务器,同时物联网终端采集保养开始和结束时间计算实际保养时间;维保结束后,按照保养后的运行数据和维保记录,根据评价模型生成本次保养评价记录。本发明测算按需维保周期和项目推送给手机APP,并对维保效果进行考评,提前进行预防性维保,从而降低电梯故障概率。
