The invention provides a large-scale high-load-bearing long-service-life maintainable sun-oriented driving mechanism and an operation method. The large-scale high-load-bearing long-service-life maintainable sun-oriented driving mechanism comprises a composite material main structure, a cabin body interface flange, a truss interface flange, a wrapping tape locking and releasing assembly, a rotary supporting device and a driving and locking assembly. The composite material main structure is connected with a cabin body interface flange; the cabin body interface flange provides a spacecraft cabin body connecting interface; the truss interface flange provides an outboard load connection interface; the wrapping tape locking and releasing assembly hoops the composite material main structure and the truss interface flange on the launching section and releases the composite material main structure and the truss interface flange on the rail section. The rotation supporting device supports the truss interface flange and provides rotation freedom degree for the truss interface flange on the on-orbit section. The driving locking assembly serves as a power source to drive the truss interface flange to rotate. The invention has the advantages of strong bearing capacity of a launching section, large driving capacity of an on-orbit section, strong braking capacity, high transmission power, long service life and on-orbit maintainability, and is suitable for a high-power long-service-life spacecraft platform.

    本发明提供了一种大型高承载长寿命可维护对日定向驱动机构及运行方法,包括复合材料主结构、舱体接口法兰、桁架接口法兰、包带锁紧释放组件、回转支撑装置和驱动锁定组件;复合材料主结构与舱体接口法兰连接;舱体接口法兰提供航天器舱体连接接口;桁架接口法兰提供舱外负载连接接口;包带锁紧释放组件在发射段箍紧复合材料主结构和桁架接口法兰,并于在轨段释放两者;回转支撑装置支撑桁架接口法兰,并于在轨段为桁架接口法兰提供回转自由度;驱动锁定组件作为动力源带动桁架接口法兰回转运动。本发明具有发射段承载能力强、在轨段驱动能力大、制动能力强、传输功率高、运行寿命长、在轨可维护的优点,适用于大功率长寿命航天器平台。
