The invention discloses a maintainable pod structure which comprises a pod, inner cavity sealing assemblies arranged at the driving end and the non-driving end of the pod correspondingly, a bearing assembly arranged at the driving end of the pod, an outer cavity sealing assembly, an outer cavity air bag assembly and a sealing maintenance guarantee assembly. When the outer cavity sealing assembly is pulled out for maintenance, the stator and the rotor can be limited, and the outer cavity sealing assembly and the bearing assembly can be pulled out and plugged to recover; by the adoption of the structure, it can be guaranteed that the pod achieves replacement and maintenance of the rotary seal of the propelling module on the sea, the maintenance cost of a ship berthing in a dry dock is saved, and the maintainability of the pod is improved.
本发明公开了一种可维修吊舱结构,包括吊舱、分别布置在吊舱驱动端和非驱动端的内腔密封组件,以及布置在吊舱驱动端的轴承组件、外腔密封组件和外腔气囊组件,还包括密封维修保障组件,在外腔密封组件抽出维修时能实现定子和转子的限位,并提供外腔密封组件和轴承组件的抽出和塞入恢复功能;采用本专利结构可以保障吊舱在海上实现推进模块旋转密封的更换维修,节省了船舶在干船坞停靠维修的费用,提升吊舱的可维修性。
