According to the cleaning and brushing system for the small naval vessel, the small naval vessel is parked in the cleaning and brushing system, the sliding rail vehicle mechanism and the cleaning and brushing mechanism are controlled to act through the control module, and all-dimensional dead-corner-free thorough cleaning and brushing of the bottom of the small naval vessel are achieved. The equipment comprises a U-shaped dock floating platform mechanism, a slide rail vehicle mechanism, a brushing mechanism and a control module. The U-shaped dock floating platform mechanism is formed by splicing seven floating platforms into a U shape, and the internal space is used for berthing and fixing a small ship; the slide rail vehicle mechanism is divided into two slide rail vehicles which are respectively mounted in slide rails in floating platforms on two sides of the U-shaped dock floating platform mechanism; the cleaning and brushing mechanism is mounted on the slide rail vehicle mechanism and drives the cleaning and brushing mechanism to move back and forth; the floating platform mechanism is provided with a control module. Underwater cleaning of the small naval vessel is achieved in a mechanical cooperation mode, the rapid cleaning effect on the small naval vessel is obvious, the overall design cost is low, the structure is simple, the automation degree is high, and the robot is suitable for large-area popularization.

    本发明提供一种小型舰艇清刷系统,将小型舰艇停靠本设备内,通过控制模块控制滑轨车机构、清刷机构动作,实现对小型舰艇底部全方位无死角的彻底清刷。设备包括U型船坞浮台机构、滑轨车机构、清刷机构、控制模块。所述U型船坞浮台机构由七块浮台拼接成U型,内部空间供小型舰艇停靠固定;所述滑轨车机构分为两个滑轨车分别安装在所述U型船坞浮台机构两侧浮台内部滑轨中;所述清刷机构安装在所述滑轨车机构上,并带动清刷机构完成前后移动;所述浮台机构设有控制模块。本发明通过机械配合的形式实现对小型舰艇的水下清洁,对于小型舰艇的快速清洁效果较为显著,整体设计成本较低,结构简单,自动化程度高,适用于大面积推广。
