The invention provides an automatic train operation plan adjusting system and method with a man-machine interaction function. The system comprises a line basic data processing and storage module, a train operation plan adjusting module, a man-machine interaction module and a visual input and output module. Static topological structure data of stations along a railway line are obtained; obtaining train operation plan data of a railway line, and constructing a train operation plan automatic adjustment model based on a space-time network; solving the train operation plan automatic adjustment model by using mathematical programming software ILOG Cplex to obtain an initial train operation adjustment plan; and obtaining a train operation line sequence changing instruction input by a train dispatcher on the train operation plan automatic adjustment man-machine interaction system, and obtaining a train operation adjustment plan after the train operation sequence is changed based on the initial train operation adjustment plan. The system and the method provided by the invention can effectively solve the problem of train operation adjustment under the temporary blocking condition of the interval, and meet the requirement of a dispatcher for temporarily adjusting the train operation line sequence.

    本发明提供一种带有人机交互功能的列车运行计划自动调整系统和方法,系统包括线路基础数据处理与存储模块、列车运行计划调整模块、人机交互模块和可视化输入输出模块。通过获取铁路线路沿途车站的静态拓扑结构数据;获取铁路线路的列车运行计划数据,并基于时空网络构建列车运行计划自动调整模型;使用数学规划软件ILOG Cplex对列车运行计划自动调整模型进行求解,得到初始列车运行调整计划;获取列车调度员在列车运行计划自动调整人机交互系统上输入的变更列车运行线顺序指令,基于初始列车运行调整计划,得到变更列车运行顺序后的列车运行调整计划。本发明提供的系统和方法可有效解决区间临时封锁状况下的列车运行调整问题,并满足调度员临时调整列车运行线顺序的需求。
