The propelling working medium prepared by the invention has the advantages of both a liquid propelling working medium and a solid propelling working medium, has the advantages of easy storage, easy loading and the like of the solid propelling working medium, has free-flowing property under certain shear stress, and can solve the problems of much sputtering, low energy utilization rate and the like of the liquid working medium in the existing micro-propelling field.
