The wind power tower self-spiral climbing device comprises a control unit, a rack and a plurality of driving trolleys, the rack is of an annular structure which is formed by fixedly connecting N ring frame units and surrounds the outer wall of a tower, a rotating disc is fixedly connected to the connecting position of the N ring frame units, and the driving trolleys are rotationally connected to the inner side surface of the rotating disc; the bottom of the driving trolley is tightly attached to the outer wall of the tower, an angle adjusting device is arranged on the outer side surface of the rotating disc, an arc-shaped sliding groove is formed in the disc face of the rotating disc, and a handle connected to the top end of the driving trolley penetrates through the arc-shaped sliding groove to be connected with the output end of the angle adjusting device. The whole spiral climbing device climbs along the outer wall of the tower in a spiral mode, the bearing capacity is improved by changing the lead angle, and therefore the purpose that the bearing capacity is maximum under the unit equipment weight and the unit power is achieved. The device is adjustable in climbing angle, has circumferential addressing capability, and is a large hoisting auxiliary tool which is high in efficiency, high in safety, lower in cost and suitable for maintenance of the wind power tower.
本发明公开了一种风电塔架自螺旋爬升装置,包括控制单元、机架和若干个驱动小车,机架为由N个圈架单元固定连接形成合围在塔架外壁的圆环形结构,N个圈架单元的连接处固定连接旋转盘,旋转盘的内侧表面转动连接驱动小车,驱动小车的底部紧贴在塔架外壁上,旋转盘外侧表面设置角度调节装置,旋转盘的盘面上设有弧形滑槽,驱动小车的顶端连接手柄穿过弧形滑槽与角度调节装置的输出端连接。本发明整体沿塔架外壁进行螺旋式爬升,通过改变升角的方式,来提高承载,以达到在单位设备重量、和单位功率下承载能力最大的目的。本装置爬升角度可调,同时具有周向寻址能力,是一种效率高、安全性强、成本更低的适用于风电塔架维修维护的大型起重辅助工具。
