    本发明公开一种绳排伸缩机构及其伸缩方法和起重机,属于起重机技术领域,包括基本臂、伸缩臂、伸缩缸、伸臂滑轮、伸臂绳排、缩臂滑轮、缩臂绳排以及绳排固定座;伸缩缸的缸杆和缸筒分别固定在基本臂和第二节伸缩臂上;第一伸臂绳排绕过第一伸臂滑轮连接第一绳排固定座和第三节伸缩臂,其余伸臂绳排绕过对应的伸臂滑轮连接对应的绳排固定座和对应的伸臂滑轮所安装伸缩臂的下节伸缩臂;第一缩臂绳排绕过第一缩臂滑轮连接第一绳排固定座和第三节伸缩臂,其余缩臂绳排绕过对应的缩臂滑轮连接对应的绳排固定座和对应的缩臂滑轮所安装伸缩臂的下节伸缩臂。本发明能够实现大重量吊载,解决了现有绳排式伸缩结构吊载重量较小,适用范围小的问题。
