The embodiment of the invention provides a torque zero-crossing control method and system, and relates to the technical field of motor control. The torque zero-crossing control method is applied to the electric vehicle and comprises the steps that torque zero-crossing clearance self-detection is conducted on the electric vehicle, and clearance self-detection data are obtained; obtaining torque information of the electric vehicle in response to the driving data of the electric vehicle; according to a preset reversing condition and the torque information, whether the electric vehicle needs torque reversing or not is judged; if yes, rotating speed closed-loop control is conducted on a motor of the electric vehicle according to the gap self-detection data, gap data of flexible overcoming of the electric vehicle in the rotating speed closed-loop control process are recorded, and rotating speed closed-loop control is stopped when the gap data are larger than or equal to a preset gap threshold value. According to the torque zero-crossing control method, the torque zero-crossing control accuracy can be achieved, and when the gap is overcome, the gap overcoming process is controlled through a closed loop, and flexible transition of torque control is achieved.

    本申请实施例提供一种扭矩过零的控制方法及系统,涉及电机控制技术领域。该扭矩过零的控制方法应用于电动车辆,包括:对电动车辆进行扭矩过零的间隙自检测,获得间隙自检测数据;响应于所述电动车辆的行驶数据,获得所述电动车辆的扭矩信息;根据预设换向条件和所述扭矩信息判断所述电动车辆是否需要扭矩换向;若是,根据所述间隙自检测数据对电动车辆的电机进行转速闭环控制,并记录转速闭环控制过程中所述电动车辆柔性克服的间隙数据,在所述间隙数据大于等于预设间隙阈值时停止转速闭环控制。该扭矩过零的控制方法可以实现扭矩过零的控制准确性,在克服间隙时,通过闭环控制克服间隙过程,实现扭矩控制的柔性过渡。
