The invention provides an integrated vehicle-mounted charging system based on a variable flux reluctance motor multiplexing transformer, which can be applied to the technical field of electric vehicle charging. The integrated vehicle-mounted charging system based on the variable flux reluctance motor multiplexing transformer comprises a first inversion half bridge, a second inversion half bridge, a third inversion half bridge, a first excitation half bridge, a second excitation half bridge, a first switch, a second switch and a variable flux reluctance motor. A bridge arm midpoint of the first inversion half bridge, a bridge arm midpoint of the second inversion half bridge, a bridge arm midpoint of the third inversion half bridge, a bridge arm midpoint of the first excitation half bridge and a bridge arm midpoint of the second excitation half bridge are respectively configured to be connected with the variable flux reluctance motor; the variable flux reluctance motor is configured to switch to a motor working mode in response to both the first switch and the second switch being in a closed state, and to switch to a transformer working mode in response to both the first switch and the second switch being in an open state.
