The invention discloses an independent charging control method for a dual-channel electric drive multiplexing type vehicle-mounted charging system. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining current reference amplitudes of two sets of three-phase windings of a six-phase asymmetric motor through constant current control; then, a winding current reference phase meeting power grid current balance and zero average charging torque is calculated through independent control, so that a winding current reference value of the six-phase motor is obtained; then, the six-phase current reference values and the actual values are subjected to VSD conversion to obtain six subspace current reference values and actual values, and six subspace voltage reference values are obtained through a PR controller; and finally, performing VSD inverse transformation on the voltage reference value to obtain a six-phase voltage reference value under a natural coordinate system, and performing SPWM modulation to obtain a driving signal of a switch tube, thereby realizing independent control between channels. According to the invention, safe charging operation can be realized when the electric quantities of the two sets of batteries are equal or unequal.
本发明公开了一种双通道电驱复用型车载充电系统独立充电控制方法,通过恒流控制得到六相不对称电机两套三相绕组电流参考幅值;然后,通过独立控制计算满足电网电流平衡以及零平均充电转矩的绕组电流参考相位,从而得到六相电机绕组电流参考值;随后,将六相电流参考值和实际值通过VSD变换分别得到六个子空间电流参考值和实际值,经过PR控制器得到六个子空间电压参考值;最后,将电压参考值通过VSD反变换得到自然坐标系下六相电压参考值,通过SPWM调制得到开关管的驱动信号,从而实现通道间的独立控制。本发明在两套电池电量相等或者不等时均可实现安全充电运行。
