The lifting mechanism is arranged between the sliding frame and the stand column, the telescopic arm is hinged to the sliding frame, the two ends of the swing adjusting oil cylinder are hinged to the sliding frame and the telescopic arm respectively, and the platform is arranged at the telescopic end of the telescopic arm. The adaptability to the arc-shaped side face of the ship during height adjustment is effectively improved, and therefore the operation efficiency is greatly improved.
