The invention discloses an intelligent carrier for containers. The intelligent carrier comprises a rack, a lifting mechanism, an alignment mechanism, a latch hook mechanism and a walking mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism, the alignment mechanism, the latch hook mechanism and the walking mechanism are arranged on the rack; the lifting mechanism unit comprises first supporting plates which are oppositely arranged on the rack and can vertically slide along the rack; the alignment mechanisms comprise first direction alignment mechanisms and second direction alignment mechanisms, the moving directions of the first direction alignment mechanisms and the second direction alignment mechanisms are perpendicular to each other, the first direction alignment mechanisms are located on the first supporting plate, a connecting rod is arranged between the first direction alignment mechanisms, and the connecting rod is provided with the second direction alignment mechanism capable of sliding in the axial direction of the connecting rod; the lock hook mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the second direction alignment mechanism and corresponds to a lock hole in the container. The walking mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the rack and can drive the whole carrying vehicle to move. The invention further discloses a corresponding carrying and warehousing method. Intelligent carrying of the container is achieved, and the problem that in the prior art, the potential safety hazard is large in the container carrying process is solved.

    本发明公开了一种集装箱智能搬运车,包括机架和设于其上的升降机构、对位机构、锁钩机构及行走机构;所述升降机构单元包括机架上相对设置并能够沿机架竖向滑动的第一支撑板;所述对位机构包括移动方向相互垂直的第一方向对位机构和第二方向对位机构,所述第一方向对位机构分别位于所述第一支撑板上,第一方向对位机构之间设有连杆,所述连杆上设有能够沿其轴向滑动的第二方向对位机构;所述第二方向对位机构底部设有所述锁钩机构,其与集装箱上的锁孔对应设置;所述机架的底部设有所述行走机构,能够带动整体搬运车移动。本发明还公开了对应的搬运入库方法。本发明实现了集装箱的智能化搬运,解决了现有技术中集装箱搬运过程安全隐患大的问题。
