The invention provides a safety monitoring method and device for a material elevator. The invention discloses a safety monitoring method for a material elevator. The safety monitoring method comprises the following steps that S1, a face recognition instrument and an alarm are installed in a control console; s2, a monitor is installed in the material hoister so as to monitor signal data of the material hoister in real time; s3, arranging a wireless communication module for realizing signal and data transmission among the console, the cloud platform and the material hoister; and S4, the console sends an opening or closing instruction to the control power supply and sends the opening or closing instruction to the alarm at the same time according to whether the operation state of the material elevator meets the safety requirement or not through comparison with a preset safety rule. The material hoister is monitored in real time through the monitor, and the safety of the material hoister can be remarkably improved; the state information of the material hoister and the console can be obtained in real time through the double-cloud platform, and abnormal problems can be analyzed and processed conveniently.

    本发明提供一种物料提升机的安全监控方法及装置。一种物料提升机的安全监控方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将人脸识别仪和报警器安装在控制台内;S2、将监控仪安装在物料提升机内,以实时监测物料提升机的信号数据;S3、布置无线通讯模块,用于实现控制台、云平台和物料提升机之间的信号和数据传输;S4、控制台通过与预设的安全规则比对,根据物料提升机的运行状态是否符合安全要求,发送打开或关闭指令到控制电源,同时发送打开或关闭指令到报警器。本发明通过监控仪对物料提升机进行实时监测,能够显著提高物料提升机的安全性;通过双云平台能够实时获取物料提升机和控制台的状态信息,便于对异常问题进行分析处理。
