A lifting box is arranged on the inner side of the lifting frame, buffering mechanisms are arranged at the left end and the right end of the inner wall of the lower side of the lifting frame, an anti-falling inner frame is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the right side of the lifting box, an anti-falling outer frame is arranged on the right side of the anti-falling inner frame and fixed to the outer wall of the right side of the lifting frame, and a clamping plate is arranged in the anti-falling inner frame. A supporting plate, an anti-falling plate and a connecting plate are arranged in the anti-falling outer frame. When an acceleration sensor detects that the downward acceleration of the device is close to the gravitational acceleration, an electric push rod is controlled by a controller to push a movable plate backwards, an anti-falling plate which moves to the position below a clamping plate is used in cooperation with a supporting plate to prevent the clamping plate from continuing to move downwards, and then the lifting box continues to move downwards; and a plurality of anti-falling plates are arranged, so that the anti-falling reliability is improved, and the device is free of the problem of abrasion, simple in structure and convenient to maintain.

    本发明公开了一种建筑工程物料提升机,涉及物料提升机技术领域。升降架的内侧设置有提升箱,升降架的下侧内壁的左右两端均设置有缓冲机构,所述提升箱的右侧外壁上固定连接有防坠内框,所述防坠内框的右侧设置有防坠外框,所述防坠外框固定在升降架的右侧外壁上,防坠内框内设置有卡板,防坠外框内设置有支撑板、防坠板和连接板。加速度传感器检测到装置向下加速度接近重力加速度时,通过控制器控制电动推杆将移动板向后侧推动,利用下方移动至卡板下方的防坠板与支撑板配合使用阻止卡板继续向下移动,进而实现对提升箱继续向下移动,起到防止坠落的效果,设置若干个防坠板,提高防坠可靠性,本装置不存磨损问题,结构简单,便于检修。
