The invention provides an intelligent building elevator pre-taking method and terminal, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the taken information of an elevator, and obtaining the actual carrying capacity of the elevator on each floor according to the taken information; pre-taking information of a user is obtained, and the estimated carrying capacity of the elevator on each floor is obtained according to the pre-taking information; and according to the pre-taking information, the actual carrying capacity and the estimated carrying capacity, a taking list of the elevator on each floor is generated. The queuing conditions of the elevator on all floors can be effectively obtained in real time, the carrying state of the elevator is predicted, the situation that the elevator is full of people and cannot be taken when waiting time is in front of the floors and behind the floors is avoided, and the waiting time of a user is effectively shortened. In addition, by generating the taking list of the elevator on each floor, the elevator taking process is more orderly, congestion is avoided, and the elevator carrying efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供的一种智能楼宇电梯预乘方法及终端,包括:获取电梯的已乘信息,根据所述已乘信息得到所述电梯在每一楼层的实际运载力;获取用户的预乘信息,根据所述预乘信息得到所述电梯在每一楼层的预估运载力;根据所述预乘信息、实际运载力以及预估运载力生成所述电梯在每一楼层的搭乘名单。本发明能够实时有效地获取电梯在所有楼层的排队情况,实现对电梯运载状态的预测,从而避免等待时间在前,楼层在后,而轿厢人满无法搭乘电梯的情况,有效减少用户等待时间。此外,通过生成电梯在每一楼层的搭乘名单,使得搭乘电梯的过程更加有序,避免拥挤,提高电梯运载效率。
