The invention provides a rotating speed-based torque fusion method for an electric vehicle, belongs to the technical field of new energy electric drive systems, and mainly aims at fusing a current torque and a power torque of the new energy electric drive system. A power torque is calculated through a three-phase current signal, a three-phase PWM duty ratio signal, a bus voltage signal and a motor rotating speed signal, a certain torque error value is obtained through rotating speed table look-up by adopting a rotating speed-based channel torque fusion strategy, and the upper limit and the lower limit of the power torque and the current torque are converted into respective torque channels; and outputting the corresponding torque average value as the output torque. The output fusion torque can be smoother, and the safety of automobile control is improved.
本发明提供一种电动汽车基于转速的扭矩融合方法,属于新能源电驱系统技术领域,主要针对新能源电驱系统的电流扭矩和功率扭矩进行融合,通过获取三相电流信号计算出电流扭矩,通过三相电流信号、三相PWM占空比信号、母线电压信号和电机转速信号计算出功率扭矩,再采用基于转速的通道扭矩融合策略,通过转速查表得到一定的扭矩误差值将功率扭矩与电流扭矩的上下限转换为各自的扭矩通道,输出相应的扭矩平均值作为输出扭矩。可以使输出的融合扭矩较为平滑,提高汽车控制的安全性。
