The invention provides a hydrogen energy vehicle motor rotating speed and torque direction self-learning system and method. The method comprises the steps that a vehicle is powered on and started; the ABS collects signals of the four wheel speed sensors, calculates vehicle speed information of the vehicle according to the signals, and sends the vehicle speed information to the bus when the vehicle advances or retreats in the advancing direction D; the VCU collects gear information, accelerator pedal depth information AC and brake pedal depth information PC, sends the gear information, the accelerator pedal depth information AC and the brake pedal depth information PC to a bus, controls a motor according to the driving intention of a driver, sends a driving torque, and sends a driving mode state (a driving state and a feedback state) to the bus according to the driving state; and the rear motor controller and the motor output the driving torque according to the driving torque sent by the VCU, and send out the execution torque and the current rotating speed of the motor at the same time to complete consistency matching. The method is realized under the condition of not increasing any hardware cost of the whole vehicle, the cost is low, the algorithm strategy has high stability and reliability, and finally self-learning of the machine rotating speed and the torque direction is realized.

    本发明提供了一种氢能汽车电机转速和扭矩方向自学习系统及方法,方法包括:车辆上电启动;ABS采集4个轮速传感器信号,并由此计算出车辆的车速信息和车辆行进方向D前进亦或倒退,发送至总线上;VCU采集档位信息,油门踏板深度信息AC,制动踏板深度信息PC,并发送至总线上,并根据驾驶员驾驶意图对电机进行控制,发送驱动扭矩,同时根据驱动状态发送驱动模式状态(驱动状态和回馈状态)至总线上;后电机控制器和电机根据VCU发送的驱动扭矩,进行驱动扭矩输出,同时发送出执行扭矩和电机当前转速,完成一致性匹配。本发明在不增加任何整车硬件成本的情况下实现,成本低廉,同时算法策略具有很高的稳定性和可靠性,最终实现机转速和扭矩方向的自学习。
