The invention discloses an anti-falling intelligent safety measure device for climbing a power transmission tower, and aims to overcome the defects that the labor intensity of hanging an anti-falling rope by manually climbing the power transmission tower is high, and the high falling risk is easy to occur. The device comprises: a frame; the walking mechanism is mounted on the rack and can walk along the power transmission tower to enable the whole rack to move up and down; the anti-falling mechanism is used for positioning the rack so that the rack can be positioned on the power transmission tower; and the hook is arranged on the rack and is used for hanging the temporary anti-falling rope. According to the anti-falling intelligent safety measure device for climbing the power transmission tower, manual climbing of the power transmission tower can be replaced, hanging of the anti-falling rope is achieved, the labor intensity of operators is relieved, and the risk of high falling is avoided.
