The invention relates to an electric outboard engine aluminum fin plate heat dissipation device which comprises an underwater cooling shell, a first cooling cavity and a second cooling cavity are formed in the underwater cooling shell, and the first cooling cavity and the second cooling cavity are communicated through a water flow channel. The underwater cooling shell is connected with a sealing cover for sealing the first cooling cavity and the second cooling cavity, the sealing cover is connected with a cooling liquid inlet communicated with the first cooling cavity, and the sealing cover is connected with a cooling liquid outlet communicated with the second cooling cavity; the cooling liquid inlet and the cooling liquid outlet are circularly communicated through a cooling pipeline and a cooling circulating pump; a first heat exchange filling block and a second heat exchange filling block which are matched with the first cooling cavity and the second cooling cavity in shape are embedded in the first cooling cavity and the second cooling cavity respectively, and the surface of the first heat exchange filling block and the surface of the second heat exchange filling block are each provided with a plurality of flow guide channels enabling cooling liquid to flow. According to the invention, the weight can be reduced under the condition of ensuring heat dissipation.

    本发明涉及一种电动舷外机铝翅板散热装置,包括水下冷却壳体,水下冷却壳体内设有第一冷却腔体和第二冷却腔体,第一冷却腔体和第二冷却腔体通过水流通道相连通,所述水下冷却壳体上连接有将第一冷却腔体和第二冷却腔体密封的封盖,所述封盖上连接有与第一冷却腔体连通的冷却液入口,所述封盖上连接有与第二冷却腔体连通的冷却液出口,所述冷却液入口与冷却液出口通过冷却管道和冷却循环泵相循环连通;所述第一冷却腔体和第二冷却腔体内分别内嵌有与他们各自形状匹配的第一换热填充块和第二换热填充块,所述第一换热填充块和第二换热填充块的表面上均开设有多条使冷却液形成流动的导流通道。本发明能确保散热的情况下,减轻重量。
