The invention relates to a method for automatically generating a docking block arrangement scheme, which is suitable for a dry dock with a docking block lifting device, and comprises the following steps of: inputting parameters such as an outer plate line type, a lifting height [H0], a docking block pressure [P] and the like in a calculation control unit; according to the offset radius R1, the offset radius R2 and the coordinate points of the cross points of the ribs, the wale and the aggregate, gear grades are divided for the ship bottom plate to safely bear the evenly-distributed loads; extracting the space coordinates and the number of lifting docking blocks at each grading position of the supporting points of the flat ship bottom and the curved ship bottom; analyzing, calculating and outputting the extension height H of each lifting docking block for executing ship falling; and judging whether the height of each lifting docking block is within the range of the designed maximum height [H0] of the lifting docking block, and outputting the number of the lifting docking block meeting the condition, the pressure corresponding to each number and the height value corresponding to each number. And the loading weight W and the specified standard lifting docking block are input into the preset control unit, so that a docking block scheme can be automatically generated and intelligently executed according to instructions, and the implementation efficiency of the docking block scheme is improved.

    本发明涉及一种自动生成坞墩排布方案的方法,适用于有升降坞墩装置的干船坞,其步骤为:在计算控制单元输入外板线型、升降高度[H0]、坞墩压力[P]等参数,根据偏置半径R1、R2和肋骨、纵行和骨材交叉点坐标点为船底板可安全承受均布载荷划分档位等级;提取平船底和曲船底支撑点各分档位置升降坞墩空间坐标和数量;解析计算并输出各升降坞墩执行船舶落墩的伸出高度H;判断各升降坞墩高度是否在升降坞墩设计最大高度[H0]范围内,输出满足条件的升降坞墩编号、各编号对应的压力、各编号对应高度值。对预设好的控制单元,输入装载重量W和指定基准升降坞墩,即可自动生成坞墩方案和按令智能执行,提高了坞墩方案实施效率。
