According to the method, the transverse positioning lines and the longitudinal positioning lines of the side piers are pulled and transferred, so that the left-right alternate confirmation of the positioning grid group from the stern to the bow of the ship and the confirmation of the right-angle marks of the positioning points of the side piers in the positioning grid group are realized, and the searching time of the positions of the side piers is greatly saved; and meanwhile, the docking blocks can be synchronously placed in the positioning grid groups with the drawn right-angle marks, so that theplacing time of the side blocks is saved.
本发明公开了一种船舶坞墩横纵拉线定位布置方法,包括以下步骤:根据船舶的长度,确定好船舶在船坞内的坐墩位置;在坞底面画出横向定位基准线、纵向定位基准线;在横向定位基准线上确定各个龙骨墩的位置,并摆放龙骨墩;在坞底面上画出确定多个边墩摆放位置的定位格组,并摆放边墩;摆墩完毕后,进行自行抽检;船东对坞墩的摆放质量进行报验。本发明中边墩横向定位线与边墩纵向定位线的拉设以及转移,实现了定位格组沿船舶艉部向艏部方向进行左、右交替确认以及定位格组内多个边墩定位点直角标记的确认,大幅节省了边墩位置的寻找时间;同时已经绘制好直角标记的定位格组内可以同步进行坞墩的摆放工作,节省了边墩的摆放时间。
