The offshore photovoltaic power station comprises a plurality of peripheral photovoltaic pipe piles and a plurality of inner photovoltaic pipe piles, the peripheral photovoltaic pipe piles and the inner photovoltaic pipe piles each comprise a photovoltaic assembly, a photovoltaic support, a prestressed pipe pile, a vibration sensor and a sensor data collector, and the peripheral photovoltaic pipe piles further comprise inclination sensors; wherein the vibration sensor is arranged on the prestressed pipe pile, the vibration sensor is used for uploading a vibration early warning signal to the sensor data collector when detected vibration data is larger than a preset value, and the inclination sensor is used for uploading an inclination early warning signal to the sensor data collector when the inclination angle of the prestressed pipe pile is larger than a preset angle. The sensor data collector is used for sending the vibration early warning signal and/or the inclination early warning signal to the monitoring device. According to the invention, whether the photovoltaic pipe pile in the offshore photovoltaic power station is collided can be detected.
