The invention relates to the technical field of explosive charging devices, in particular to an emulsion explosive charging device and a charging method.The emulsion explosive charging device comprises a base, explosive charging barrels and an air pump, a support is fixedly installed at the upper end of the base, the explosive charging barrels are symmetrically installed at the two ends of the support, and the air pump is connected with the upper ends of the two explosive charging barrels through an air outlet pipe and an air inlet pipe; pesticide outlet pipes are fixedly mounted on the side walls of the bottom ends of the two pesticide charging barrels, and one end of each pesticide outlet pipe is connected with a pesticide charging pipe through a second three-way valve; an electric push rod is started to push a frame body to the lower end, universal wheels at the lower end of a bottom plate make contact with the ground, a base is jacked away from the ground, and then the device can be pushed to move; and when the device meets the uneven ground, the bottom plate slides in the frame body through the first compression springs, buffering and damping are conducted on the explosive containing barrel, and the effects of conveniently moving the device and buffering and damping the device in the moving process are achieved.

    本发明涉及炸药装药装置技术领域,具体为一种乳化炸药装药装置及装药方法,包括:底座、装药桶和气泵,底座的上端固定安装有支架,支架的两端对称安装有装药桶,气泵通过出气管和进气管和两个装药桶的上端连接,两个所述装药桶的底端侧壁上均固定安装有出药管,出药管的一端通过三通阀二连接有装药管;通过启动电动推杆将框体往下端推,让底板下端的万向轮和地面接触,并将底座顶离地面,即可推着装置进行移动;当遇到凹凸不平的地面时,底板会通过压缩弹簧一在框体内滑动,对装药桶进行缓冲减震,起到便于对装置进行移动和对装置移动过程中缓冲减震的作用。
