The device comprises a rib plate, a balance block, a cross beam, a supporting block, a counterweight device and an end cover, the balance block is installed on the rib plate, the balance block can freely slide on the rib plate, and a first locking bolt is arranged on one side of the balance block; the cross beam is arranged at one end of the rib plate, a positioning hole is formed in the middle of the cross beam, the supporting blocks are arranged at the two ends of the cross beam in a sleeving mode, second locking bolts are installed on the supporting blocks at the two ends, and the supporting blocks at the two ends are fixed to the cross beam through the second locking bolts; the counterweight device is hung at one end of the rib plate and is used for adjusting the balance of the tool; and a lifting hole corresponding to the positioning hole is formed in the end cover. By arranging the balance weight, the problems of inclination and the like of the end cover in the hoisting process are effectively avoided, the tool is easy to operate, the workload of workers is reduced, the end covers of various specifications can be compatibly hoisted by adjusting the distance between the supporting blocks or increasing or decreasing the balance weight, the end covers of the same specification do not need secondary adjustment, and the hoisting efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种发电机端盖起吊工装及其使用方法;本发明包括筋板、平衡块、横梁、支撑块、配重装置、端盖;所述平衡块安装在所述筋板上,且所述平衡块可以在所述筋板上自由滑动,所述平衡块的一侧设有锁紧螺栓一;所述横梁设在所述筋板的一端,所述横梁中间设有定位孔,所述支撑块套设在所述横梁两端,且两端所述支撑块上安装有锁紧螺栓二,所述锁紧螺栓二将两端所述支撑块固定在所述横梁上;所述配重装置挂在所述筋板的一端,且用于调整工装平衡;所述端盖上设有与所述定位孔对应的起吊孔。本发明通过设置平衡块有效的避免了端盖在吊装过程中出现倾斜等问题,工装操作简单,减少了工作人员的工作量,通过调整支撑块之间的距离或增减配重块,可以兼容吊起多种规格的端盖,且同规格的端盖无需二次调整,吊装效率高。
