The locking piece can rotate towards the interior of the containing space around the rotating shaft so as to be adjusted to a locking position or rotate towards the exterior of the containing space so as to be adjusted to an unlocking position. By adopting the technical scheme, the automation degree of the locking mechanism is improved, the risk of laying and recycling operation is reduced, the efficiency of laying and recycling operation is improved, and the cost of laying and recycling operation is reduced.
