The invention relates to a vehicle braking control method and system. The method comprises the steps that whether a single-pipeline failure fault occurs in at least two pipelines or not is determined; if the electronic power-assisted brake system has the single-pipeline failure fault, whether the difference between the expected brake master cylinder pressure value and the actual brake master cylinder pressure value of the brake master cylinder exceeds a preset control threshold value or not is determined; and if the difference between the expected brake master cylinder pressure value and the actual brake master cylinder pressure value of the brake master cylinder exceeds the control threshold value, the rack is controlled to increase the rack stroke so as to increase the pressure in a non-failure pipeline, and vehicle braking is controlled. According to the vehicle braking control method and system, under the condition that a single-pipeline failure fault occurs, the stroke of the rack is increased to provide larger pipeline pressure in the non-failure path, so that the braking force of the whole vehicle is improved, and the safety performance of the whole vehicle can be improved.

    本申请涉及一种车辆制动控制方法及系统,方法包括:确定所述至少两条管路中是否发生单管路失效故障;若所述电子助力制动系统发生单管路失效故障,则确认所述制动主缸的期望制动主缸压力值与实际制动主缸压力值之差是否超过预设的控制阈值;若所述所述制动主缸的期望制动主缸压力值与实际制动主缸压力值之差超过所述控制阈值,则控制所述齿条增大齿条行程以增大未失效管路中的压力,以控制车辆制动。本申请的车辆制动控制方法及系统,在发生单管路失效故障的情况下,通过增大齿条行程以在未失效的一路中提供更大的管路压力,从而提高整车制动力,可提高整车安全性能。
