The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile braking, and relates to a vehicle braking control system, a vehicle and a vehicle braking method.The vehicle braking control system comprises an EPB switch, an electronic stability controller, a brake-by-wire controller and braking calipers; the EPB switch is connected with the electronic stability controller and the brake-by-wire controller, the brake calipers are connected with the electronic stability controller and the brake-by-wire controller, and the electronic stability controller is further connected with the brake-by-wire controller. The brake-by-wire controller is used for responding to continuous pull-up of the EPB switch when the speed of the vehicle is larger than a preset brake threshold value and controlling the brake calipers to conduct deceleration braking when it is determined that control over the brake calipers by the electronic stability controller fails. The brake-by-wire controller is started to control deceleration and braking of the vehicle, different deceleration speeds are selected according to different vehicle speeds, driving safety is ensured, and the friction plate loss is small.
