The electric quantity with higher voltage of the single body is redistributed to the single body with lower electric quantity through the circuit, the principle is capacitor buffer type charging, when the single body with faster charging is fully charged, the capacitor is charged, and then the capacitor charges the single battery with slower charging, so that the energy waste is reduced. According to the invention, the problem of non-uniform charging distribution caused by the difference of the charging single batteries is solved, and the problems of energy waste and heating caused by the conventional use of resistor balance charging are also solved. The SOC value of each single battery is calculated in real time based on the BMS, then energy distribution is controlled through an optimized algorithm, the flexible advantage of BMS software and hardware combined control is fully played, and control is more convenient and flexible compared with control only using a hardware circuit conventionally.

    本发明涉及一种新能源重卡动力电池组中单体电池间的充电平衡电路及方法,属于新能源技术领域。将单体电压较高的电量通过电路再分配给电量较低的个体,原理是电容缓冲式充电,当充电较快的单体充满,向电容充电,电容再给充电较慢单体电池充电,减少能源浪费。本发明解决了由于充电单体电池本身差异造成的充电分配不均的问题,还解决了常规使用电阻平衡充电的能量浪费和发热问题问题。基于BMS实时计算每个单体电池SOC数值,然后优化的算法来控制能量分配,充分发挥了BMS软件和硬件结合控制的灵活优势,比常规仅使用硬件电路控制更方便灵活。
