    本发明公开了一种基于偏心轮驱动的波动鳍推进装置,驱动舵盘、驱动轴、转向舵盘依次同轴布置,驱动轴的一端固连在驱动舵盘上,转向轴与驱动轴平行;驱动轴的另一端与转向舵盘连接,且两者的旋转自由度互不影响;转向连杆的一端与转向舵盘固连,转向连杆的另一端与转向轴的一端固连,转向轴的另一端与转向辅助连杆的一端固连,转向辅助连杆的另一端套设在驱动轴上,且两者的旋转自由度互不影响;转向轴穿过驱动连杆的一端,驱动连杆的另一端与鳍条连接,且鳍条仅具有绕自身的旋转自由度,鳍条与波动鳍固连;偏心轮安装在驱动连杆中并能滑动,驱动轴穿过偏心轮。本发明能产生正弦波形和调整波动鳍角度,适用于水陆两栖工作。
