The invention discloses a floating photovoltaic panel whole field angle adjusting device and method, and the device comprises solar photovoltaic panels, the solar photovoltaic panels are uniformly arranged on a steel structure net rack and are parallel to the steel structure net rack, the bottom of each solar photovoltaic panel is provided with a supporting frame, and the supporting frames are fixed to the steel structure net rack; a plurality of floating cabins are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the steel structure net rack at intervals, water pumps which are matched and communicated with the floating cabins are arranged on the top surface of the steel structure net rack, a storage battery for supplying power to the water pumps is arranged on the side part of the top surface of the steel structure net rack, and the storage battery is electrically connected with the solar photovoltaic panel; the buoyancy chambers located on the edges are fixedly connected with anchoring foundations through mooring ropes. The invention aims to provide the adjusting device and method which can adjust the angles of the photovoltaic panels in the whole floating field area and avoid the problem of shielding between the photovoltaic panels.

    本发明公开了一种漂浮式光伏板整场角度调节装置及方法,包括太阳能光伏板,所述太阳能光伏板均匀的布置在钢结构网架上并与钢结构网架相平行,各太阳能光伏板的底部均设置有支撑架,支撑架与钢结构网架相固定;所述钢结构网架的底部均匀的间隔设置有多个浮舱,钢结构网架的顶面设置有与各浮舱相配对连通的水泵,钢结构网架的顶面侧部设置有用于对水泵进行供电的蓄电池,蓄电池与太阳能光伏板相电连接,位于边缘的浮舱通过缆绳固定连接有锚泊基础。本发明旨在提供一种能够针对整个漂浮式场区内光伏板的角度调节,避免各光伏板之间产生遮挡问题的调节装置及方法。
