The invention provides an omnidirectional mobile robot and a body design method thereof, parameter information is input in a generator, and the generator generates an initial geometric figure and eliminates a geometric space according to an optimization processing model; according to load and stress requirements, defining constraint and load stress conditions of different parts of the initial geometric model, selecting a machining mode and material of a fuselage, and generating a fuselage model; s2, the discriminator compares the body model with a plurality of optimal solution body models, if the body model is consistent with any optimal solution body model, the body model is output, the output of the discriminator is correct, and if the body model is not consistent with any optimal solution body model, the step S2 is returned, and the output of the discriminator is wrong; and repeating the steps S1 to S3, and outputting the correct body model to the memory. A machine body is obtained through generative design, a large amount of time and labor cost are reduced, four-rotation four-drive is achieved for the wheel part, and the movement flexibility of the mobile robot is improved.

    本发明提供了一种全向移动机器人及其机体设计方法,在生成器中输入参数信息,生成器根据优化处理模型生成初始几何图形及排除几何空间;根据载荷及受力需求,定义初始几何模型不同部位的约束及载荷受力情况,选择机身的加工方式及材料,生成机体模型;判别器将机体模型与若干个最优解机体模型进行比对,若机体模型与任意一个最优解机体模型一致,则输出此机体模型,且判别器输出正确,若不一致则返回步骤S2,且判别器输出错误;重复步骤S1至步骤S3,且将正确的机体模型输出到存储器中。通过生成式设计得到机体,减少大量时间和人力成本,车轮部分实现四转四驱,增加移动机器人运动灵活性。
