The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle fault early warning, and particularly discloses a multi-source information fused electric vehicle charging safety monitoring and graded early warning method, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring multi-source information such as charging equipment data, electric vehicle data, environment data, infrared thermal imaging monitoring video information flow and the like when an electric vehicle is charged; the collected multi-source information is classified, screened, denoised, dimensionally reduced and normalized, and is divided into a training set and a test set; constructing a novel electric vehicle charging dynamic early warning network by using a deep learning method, and determining hyper-parameters of the network by using a group adaptive optimization algorithm; training the dynamic early warning network through the divided data set, and verifying the validity of the network through the test set; a trained network is arranged on a system monitoring cloud platform, and a multi-source information fusion technology is utilized to carry out real-time safety monitoring and graded early warning on the charging process of the electric vehicle, so that precautions are taken in the bud, and the charging safety of the electric vehicle is ensured.

    本发明涉及电动汽车故障预警技术领域,具体公开了一种多源信息融合的电动汽车充电安全监控与分级预警方法,包括步骤:对电动汽车充电时的充电设备数据、电动汽车数据、环境数据、红外热成像监控视频信息流等多源信息进行采集;将采集到的多源信息分类进行筛选、去噪、降维和归一化处理,并划分为训练集和测试集;采用深度学习方法构建新型的电动汽车充电动态预警网络,并利用群体自适应优化算法确定其超参数;通过划分的数据集对动态预警网络进行训练,通过测试集验证网络的有效性;将训练好的网络布置在系统监控云平台,利用多源信息融合技术,对电动汽车的充电过程进行实时的安全监控与分级预警,防患于未然,保证电动汽车充电安全。
