The invention provides a magneto-rheological hydraulic suspension cooperating with a driving mode, a control method of the magneto-rheological hydraulic suspension and a vehicle. The magnetorheological hydraulic suspension at least comprises a shell, the shell is provided with a working cavity, an aluminum core, a rubber main spring, a runner and a leather cup are sequentially arranged in the working cavity in the height direction of the shell, the first end of the aluminum core extends out of the shell and is connected with a power assembly, and a coil is wound on the peripheral face of the aluminum core; the rubber main spring is integrally connected with the second end of the aluminum core; the flow channel is provided with an opening communicated with the working cavity, the flow channel is filled with magnetorheological fluid, the magnetorheological fluid can flow in the flow channel, and a decoupling film is further arranged in the flow channel. According to the scheme, filling liquid of a common hydraulic suspension is changed into magnetorheological liquid, the coil is designed on the aluminum core, the coil generates a magnetic field under the action of current, so that viscosity and yield stress generated by the magnetorheological liquid are different, and the suspension obtains different damping characteristics; therefore, the technical problem that in the prior art, hydraulic suspension can only output single damping characteristic is solved.

    本发明提供了与驾驶模式协同的磁流变液压悬置及其控制方法、车辆。磁流变液压悬置至少包括壳体,壳体具有工作腔,工作腔内沿壳体的高度方向依次设置有铝芯、橡胶主簧、流道和皮碗,其中,铝芯的第一端延伸至壳体外,铝芯的第一端与动力总成连接,铝芯的外周面缠绕有线圈;橡胶主簧与铝芯的第二端一体连接;流道具有与工作腔连通的开口,流道内填充有磁流变液体,磁流变液体可在流道内流动,流道内还设置有解耦膜。本方案将普通液压悬置的灌装液改为磁流变液体,并在铝芯上设计了线圈,线圈在电流作用下产生磁场使得磁流变液体产生的粘度和屈服应力不同,悬置获得不同的阻尼特性,从而解决了现有技术中液压悬置只能输出单一阻尼特性的技术问题。
